Description

The Engulfed are the inhabitants of the day-side, where the sun never leaves the sky. They are beings of molten rock, thriving in temperatures that would vaporize steel. To the Engulfed, the night-side is a creeping "nothingness" that threatens their warmth, to which they must burn away and fend off the shadows of the dark.

Faction Archetype

The ENGULFED's Faction Archetype is Sacrifice, allowing the ENGULFED to Field Scrap.

When a card you own is Scrapped, perform any of these effects:

• Conversion: Perform no effects, gain enough to reach your maximum cap.
• Ablaze: Select any number of cells equivalent to the and apply for 1 turn.
• Enrage: Select a friendly on the Playfield, their next attacking action will deal enough to destroy their target.
  • This effect persists until the end of the turn. Only one card can be affected by Enrage at a time.
• From The Flame: Select any cell affected by , then deploy 1 from your hand equivalent to the . The selected card costs 0 to Deploy, and ignores Deployment Delay.
